Metering and limits

Commercial agents usually meter usage. Bake the scaffolding into the data model early: per-user counters (messages/tokens used), reset dates, and a tier/plan field. Even if you don't enforce limits on day one, having the fields means you can turn enforcement on without a migration scramble.
